(Renee); his grandchildren, Amy, Kari, Joseph, Sadie, Nicolas, Daniel, Matthew, Heather, Katie, Scott, Brooke, Rae Ann and Shane; his brother James P. Hlavaty (Karen); and his nephew James "Jimmy" Hlavaty.
