He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Blatnik and Elizabeth Blatnik (Betty); and his brother Thomas Blatnik. He is survived by: his wife Sally Blatnik; and his children, Katie Rolland (Ross), Jeffery Blatnik (Terra), Gregory Blatnik (Sarah) and Michael Blatnik.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the A. Ripepi and Sons Funeral Home (18149 Bagley Rd, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
