Cook; her children, Denise Anderson (Stu), John "Buck" Loza II, Theresa Duke (Mike) and James Loza (Colleen); and her siblings, Barbara Smith (Fred), Judy Triplett, Bob Anspach (Linda), Jimmy Anspach, Richard Anspach (Mary Louise) and Carol Warne (Paul). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
