It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Evans (Middlefield, Ohio), who passed away on February 15, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Geraldine Evans (Hendricks) and William Keith Evans; his grandson Jacob Farnsworth; his siblings, Patricia Terrell and Theodore Evans; his daughters, Deborah Beutell (Darryl Braswell), Lorraine Farnsworth (David) and Kelly Evans; his grandchildren, Russell and Amanda Farnsworth; his significant other Dorothy Gombach; and his siblings, Thomas Evans of Massillon, Danny Evans of Portland, IN and Lois Keever of Geneva. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
