He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay L. Quiggle and Blanche Quiggle (Williams); and his brothers, Harry, Donald, George, Emory and Carl.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Anne Dye; his children, Scott A. Quiggle (Lisa), Crystal Lynn Barnosky and Robert "Justin" Quiggle (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Stacy Burdette, Katlin Hanna, Samantha Quiggle, Cory West (Rachelle) and Ashleigh Quiggle; his great grandchildren, Rayne, Serenity, Jacob, Brianna, Bentley and Kayden; and his sister Lucy Riz.
