He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lewis and Grace Swisher Clark. He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa and Mandy Clark; and his siblings, James Clark (Beth) and Sheila Clark (Kenny). He is also survived by four grandchildren and four nieces and nephews.
