She was predeceased by : her parents, Howard Brown and Mary Weaver; her husband Stev Ciesielski; and her siblings, Franklin Brown and Barbara Dowell.
She is survived by : her sister Sandra Halfhill (Lawrence) of Rutland, OH; her daughter Angela Dipkey (Rick) of Knox; and her aunt Dora Weaver of Letart, WV.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and grandchildren.
