He was predeceased by: his parents, Marcus Hagins and Loretta Hagins (Walters); and his brother George Walters. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hagins (Anderson); his sons, Blaine Hagins and Tod Hagins; his siblings, Harden Hagins (Pauline), J. B. Hagins, Leona Hurst, Fay Davis and Judy Bush; and his grandchildren, Keaton, Hannah and Zachary.
