She was predeceased by: her great-nephew Ayden Holcomb. She is survived by: her parents, Larue Tharp and Martha Tharp (Smith); her son Jonathan Bowermaster (Evelyn White); her granddaughter Aria Bowermaster; and her sister Deborah Tharp Pleak. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins and friends.
