With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrew W. Wallace (Middletown, Ohio), who passed away on April 13, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Wallace and Clarice Wallace (Heflin). He is survived by: his wife Josephine Wallace (Mobley); his son Gregory Wallace of Randy Wallace; his grandchildren, Major Adam Wallace (Nicole) and Andrea Wallace; his great grandchild Nora Josephine Wallace; and his siblings, Martha Wood, Etta Manning (Don), Freida Shuler and Melvin Wallace (Carolyn). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Tytus Avenue First Church of God, 3300 Tytus Avenue, Middletown, OH 45042.
