He is survived by: his mother Betty Gaines (Leslie); his siblings, Peg (Paul), Ken (Terri) and Steve (Lori); his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Jacob (Jessica), Jordan, Hannah (Brandon) and Casey (Travis); his great-niece Cambrie; and his great-nephews, Wyatt and Michael. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
