He is survived by: his wife Joyce Richards-Elliott; his sons, Gregory Elliott (Sue), Timothy Elliott (Laura) and Christopher Oliver (Kelly); his stepgrandchildren, Austyn and Wyatt; and his brother Willie Elliott (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
