She was predeceased by: her parents, Ancil Downey and Mamie Downey; her siblings, Hazel Selby, Rozann Napier and Ancil Downey Jr.; and her grandson Brandon Fultz.
She is survived by: her children, Lowell T. Fultz II (Tanya) and Kristi Fultz; her half-sister Vicky Neal; her grandchildren, Kari Faulkner, Ashley Fultz and Adam Fultz; and her nieces and nephews, Rhonda Plozay, Terri VanWinkle, Cathy Bryant, Steve Downey and Robert Napier.
