We are sad to announce that on May 20, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Betty J. Terry (Middletown, Ohio), born in Washington Court House, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Fordyce and Clara Fordyce (Frye); and her daughters, Donna Goad and Carol Ramsey. She is survived by: her children, James A. Terry (Debbie), Sharon Terry-Locke (Lawrence Locke), Deborah Wood (Scott) and Bruce K. Terry (Andrea Snell). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren, six great-great grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties, 5940 Long Meadow Dr., Franklin, Ohio 45005.
