She is survived by: her children, Lexie Mullins (Jenny), Paul Mullins (Ruth), Joe Mullins (Becky), Luann Fishbaugh (Jim), Margie Whitehead, Beverly Landrum and Erma Howard. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; and many extended family and friends.
