He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alsip and Sarah Alsip (Sharp); his wife Ella; and his siblings, Shirley, Ancil, Demps, Alan, T. J., James, Meldia, Pauline and Ina.
He is survived by: his son Philip Alsip (Jill); his grandchildren, Sarah Jacobs and Joshua Alsip; his great grandchildren, Isaiah Alsip and Ashton Patrick; and his sister Mary Randall (Clarence). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
