He was predeceased by: his father Paul Nichols; and his sister Tina Nichols. He is survived by: his fiancée Jeannie Yazell; his sons, Josh Nichols (Karissa), Jacob Nichols and Jesse Nichols; the parent of his children Shelley Nichols; his mother Jodenia McIntire (Gary); and his siblings, Jon Nichols (Tricia), Cindy Ramsey (Bobby) and Belinda Hale (Jordan). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
