He was predeceased by: his parents, Archibald Johnson and Anna Johnson (Rose); his former wife Donna McCormick Johnson; his daughter Patricia Johnson; his siblings, Ellis Johnson and Rosemary Rose; and his son-in-law Greg Lansaw.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley M. Schiering Johnson (Hinkle); his daughter Brenda Lansaw; his grandchildren, Taylor Ruscin (Mitchell), Curtis Lansaw (Rachel) and Brian Johnson; his great grandchildren, Liam, Cooper and Maddox Ruscin; his brother Billy James; and his stepchildren, David Schiering (MaryRose), Bob Schiering (Shelley) and Teri Gibson (Danny).
