He was predeceased by: his parents, Velma (Shaffer) and William H. Marstall, Sr.; his wife Janet Greenfield; and his brothers, William H. Marstall Jr. and Charles "Larry" Marstall.

He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Clemens (Matthew) of Middletown, Melissa Gallagher of Olathe, KS and Joanne Bruggeman (Timothy) of Middletown; his grandchildren, Benjamin Clemens, Sara Clemens Harper (Robin), Christen Clemens Cryder (Jeffrey), Adam Clemens, Janice Sowder (David), Keri Tyler (Chris), Lachlan, Bryce, Rosalie McDonald, Joseph Bruggeman (Allison), Nathan Bruggeman (Lindsay) and Alan Bruggeman (Chelsea Farrell); his sisters, Anna Marie Norris (Robert) of Stillwater, MN and Wilma Duffey (Spencer) of Hamilton; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Trimble and Fred Greenfield of Middletown. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
