We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2021, at the age of 58, Carol Colwell of Middletown, Ohio, born in Hamilton, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carol Colwell to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ray and Viola House (Freeman); and her nephew Randall S. Mayer. She is survived by: her fiancé Barry Turner; her children, Ashley Richmond (Jonathan Peters) and Christopher Richmond; and her granddaughter Olivia Peters. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
