With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Lafayette (Middletown, Ohio), who passed away on April 30, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Conley and Zora Conley (Blevins); her husband Jerry LeRoy LaFayette; her sisters, Infant Dorothy Conley, Mildred Sommer and Betty South; her son Jerry LaFayette; and her grandchildren, Jeanette Goforth and Bryan Sorrell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Sorrell (Kent) of Lebanon and Karen Cole (Kevin) of Middletown; her grandchildren, Jerrell LaFayette, Jason Sorrell (Ryanne), Katie Wells, Jessica Greer (Ian), James Goforth (Ciara) and Lisa Greenwalt; and her great grandchildren, Rylee, Kaylee Sorrell, Tyler Greenwalt, Colin Greer, James Goforth IV, Jett Goforth and Nolyn Tschuor.
