She was predeceased by: her father Anthony D. Benincasa; her brother Dwayne Benincasa; and her niece Donnita L. Hock. She is survived by: her husband Roy A. Johnson; her mother Catherine Doyle Livingston; and her siblings, Diane A. Benincasa and Anthony K. Benincasa. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
