He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Day and Louella Day; his wife Wanda "Wendy" Day; his brother Jack Day; and his stepsisters, Brenda and Patty.
He is survived by: his son Chuck Day; his grandchildren, Shannon Weitzel Day and Charles Bradley Day; and his great grandchildren, Sienna Weitzel and Cameron Weitzel.
