He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Fox and Martha Fox (Palmer); his brothers, Robert Leroy Fox and Richard Orlo Fox; and his nephews, Raymond Fox, Scott Cole and Donald Morrison, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Janice Morrison Fox; his son Charles Edward Fox, Jr.; his granddaughters, Heather "Niki" Perry (Brandon) and Amber Fox; his great grandchild Lynly Ryder; his sister Barbara McNutt of Lebanon, Indiana; and his sister-in-law Mary Starr Fox of Nova, Ohio. He is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
