He is survived by: his wife Marian Spotts; and his children, Douglas, Gary (Nancy Edie-Hattery) of Hilliard, Ohio, Linda Weber (Jim) of Alexandria, Kentucky and Robert of Miamisburg, Ohio.. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider a contribution in Chuck's memory to either Hospice of Dayton, the Monroe United Methodist Church or the Charles and Marian Hattery Scholarship Fund managed by the Middletown Community Foundation.
