With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles P. Handel of Middletown, Ohio, born in Youngstown, Ohio, who passed away on October 24, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles F. Handel and Ella Mae Handel (Kirby). He is survived by: his close friend Peggy; his wife Margaret "Peg" Handel (Maloney); his daughter Shelley Volpenhein; his grandchildren, Julia Volpenhein, Ashley Volpenhein and Luke Volpenhein; and his sister Mary Lynne West (Robert). He is also survived by relatives and friends.
Memorial donations in Dr. Handel's name may be made to the American Heart Association.
