She is survived by: her husband James Church; her sons, James Church (Joy), Jeffrey Church (Darla) and Jason Church (Lisa); her grandchildren, Taylor, Brittany, Jessie, Kate, Audrey and Jase; and her sister-in-law Wilma Davis.
