She was predeceased by: her parents, Ossie Neal and Gladys Neal (Waters); her husband Robert L. Flannery Sr. (Robert); her sisters, Bonnie Lickliter, Chris Ballew and Maxine Creath; her parents-in-law, Rev. Lawrence Flannery Jr. and Opal Flannery; her sister-in-law Sheila Duncan; and her nephew Matthew Barrett.
She is survived by: her children, Bobby Jr. Flannery (Sherry) and Tamara Miller (Adam); her grandsons, Travis Flannery and Jacob Flannery (Brooke); and her great grandchildren, Lucas and Corbin. She is also survived by 4 step grandchildren and 9 step great grandchildren.
