With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chester Thorpe (Middletown, Ohio), born in Jackson, Kentucky, who passed away on January 5, 2019 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Curt Thorpe and Dora Thorpe (Butler); his former wife Myrtle Thorpe (Combs); his son Timothy Thorpe; and his siblings, Jimmy, Bobby, Louise and Sue.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stepp-White Thorpe; his children, Patricia Kelly (John), Melinda Seely (Perry) and Bradley Thorpe (Kelley); his stepson John White; and his sisters, Juliet and Mae. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Heart Association, American Cancer Society or the American Diabetes Association.
