She was predeceased by: her parents, James Smith and Margaret Smith (Mundy); her former husband Melvin Bush; her son David Michael Bush; and her siblings, Ina Smith, Wanda Campbell, Gladys Wooten, Edna Lane, Clayton Smith, Clarence Smith, Jack Smith and Bobby Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Wayne Salyer; her children, Steve Bush, Phillip Bush, Virginia McKenzie (Joseph) and Lisa Moore (Randy); her stepsons, Greg Salyer (Jeannie), Tom Salyer and Mick Salyer (Sheila); and her sister Charlotte Burrows. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and numerous nieces & nephews.
