He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie T. Holcomb and Edna Holcomb (McCray); and his siblings, Clyde, Prince F., Billy Jack, John, Edward Arnold, Lonnie, Philip, Fate, Willa Mae McCarthy and Cora Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Holcomb; his son Claude Jesse Holcomb, Jr. (Brittany); his granddaughter Hannah; his siblings, Archie Holcomb, Wes Holcomb (Mary) and Sue Bair; and his son Minister Claude Holcomb, Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
