Cleo Lewis Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cleo Lewis of Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on December 24, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Fannin and Louella Fannin (Peyton); her granddaughter Melissa Beyland; her siblings, Hager Scott Fannin, Letha Perry (Charles), Deloris Engle (Clifford) and Gay Robbins (Vannin); and her brothers-in-law, William Hale, Norman Robbins and BJ Stidham.
She is survived by: her children, David Lewis (Rita) of Roanke, VA and Patti Spies (Mike) of Middletown; her granddaughter Emily Smith (Mike); her great grandchildren, Hadley Beyland and Baron Smith; and her sisters, Freda Hale, Genieve Robbins and Phyllis Stidham. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
