He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Perkins and Dolly Perkins (Gibson); and his brothers, Bruce Perkins and Tim Perkins. He is survived by: his girlfriend Beverly Watts; his daughter Hannah Perkins; his stepdaughter Stephanie Watts; his grandson Bryson Brown; and his mother-in-law Judy Powell. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
