Brown of Middletown, Ohio, born in Frenchburg, Kentucky, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Tabor and Ollie Lee Tabor (Sorrell); her husband Carl E. Brown; her children, Angela Brown and James Brown; her grandson Justin Brown; her sister Laura Kendrick; and her stepbrother Sam Taylor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charlotte Smith (Eugene) and Debra Bartrum (Dorsey); her grandchildren, Jimmy Brown (Dawn), Bradley Bartrum (Becky), Brandon Bartrum (Sara), Candice Maloney and Daniel Smith; her granddaughter-in-law Lisa Brown; and her nephew David Brown. She is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
