He is survived by: his parents, Willis Blevins (Debra Blevins) and Mary Edith Blevins (Rickard); his wife Shelly Clemmons; his daughters, Kayla Stebelton and Katie Blevins; his grandchildren, Cooper and Chloe Stebelton; his brothers, Robert Blevins, Mark Blevins, Matthew Blevins, Jim Blevins and Dennis Blevins; his half-sister Alisha Blevins Peercy; his stepbrother Aaron Clark; and his stepchildren, Morgan Ciento and Michelle Ellenburg.
