He is survived by: his children, Nikki Proffitt, Misty Collins, Elaine Deboard (Billy), Rachel Sargent (Jeff), Tammi Proffitt and Danny Proffitt, Jr.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and numerous brothers and sisters.
