David Dale Lacy Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2019, at the age of 64, David Dale Lacy (Middletown, Ohio), born in Cincinnati, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Cresong and Merry Wardlow; and his father-in-law James Cresong. He is survived by: his wife Anna Marie Lacy; his daughters, Shavonne Wilson of Springhill, TN, Gina Yolkley of Springhill, TN, Toni Fox of Harrison, OH and Betsey Little of Harrison, OH; his close friend Doug Wallace of Middletown, OH; his nephew Brad Cresong (Teri) of Middletown, OH; and his mother-in-law Sue McIntosh of Middletown, OH. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
