He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Francis and Dr. Marie Heintz Francis (Physician) of Cincinnati. He is survived by: his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Judi Francis; and his cousins, Joel Dawson, Susan Grier, Janice Currie and Maryan Hahn. He is also survived by 3 nieces; 2 great nieces; and 2 great nephews.
