He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alexander and Sarah Helen Blaine (Johnson); and his brother Joseph Blaine. He is survived by: his wife Susan Blaine; his daughters, Jane Goude (Darren) and Julie England (Michael); his grandchildren, Hannah Brunson (Patrick), Lauren Goude, Abigail Goude, Jacob Blaine Goude and Mariah England; and his siblings, Rebekah Dew and Charles Blaine (Tember).
