He was predeceased by: his parents, Coyd Holt and Daisy Dickson; and his siblings, Jack Holt, Ricky Holt and Sue Dickson.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Holt; his children, Renee Eckhardt (Ron), Michele Douglas (Jeremy), David Holt, Jr. (Alisha), Daniel Holt (Lauren) and Regina Griffis; his grandchildren, Hailey, Hayden, Jacob, Benjamin, Abigail, Adrian, AnneMarie, Caleb, Seth, Maddyson, Leviticus, Madison, Bailey and Cearra; and his siblings, Howard Holt (Mildred) and Brenda Holt.
Due to COVID-19 all in attendance are required to wear a mask or facial covering and practice social distancing.
