She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Schulte and Mildred Schulte (Beaver); and her brother Gary Schulte. She is survived by: her husband Douglas W. Hayes, Sr.; her sons, Doug Hayes Jr. (Rachel), Jeff Hayes and Mat Wiese (Heidi); and her grandchildren, Haleigh, Tristan, Riley, Anderson, Alex, Mia and Samantha. She is also survived by several cousins and her beloved animals.
