It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra L. Coffey (Middletown, Ohio), who passed away on December 29, 2018, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Joseph P. Hayes (Danielle Lewis), Jessica Terry, Jamie Coffey and Jody Maloney; her father Joesph H. Hayes; her siblings, Kathy Vaughn (Gary) and Mark Hayes (Robin); her grandchildren, Izabelle, Zoey, Dillon, Johnathon, Clara and Madelynn; her mother Patricia Donathan; her sister JoAnn Coffelt; and her grandparents, Julian, Clara Hoke, Floyd and Eulah Hayes.
