He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Shannah Plaugher (Bryan), Jessica Shrout (Jason) and Jonathan McIntosh (Erica); and his grandchildren, Malorie, Peanut, Logan, Fred Dawg, Mason, Rooster, Cooper, Moejangles, Swazie, Squirt, Demi, Tweety Bird and Zeb.
Memorial contributions be made in his Dennis' name to Hospice of Dayton.
