He was predeceased by: his wife Clara Strong; his stepson Michael Snowden; and his siblings, Margaret Bellamy, Reva Smith, Rachel Matthews, Anna Oaks, Thurston Strong and Charlie Strong.
He is survived by: his daughter Kim Goodwin (Dave); his stepdaughters, Linda Darnold (Lance), Vickie Morris and Sandy Snowden; and his siblings, Dora Gault (Tom), Dureith Strong and George Strong (Alice). He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren.
