She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Chambers and Bethel Chambers (Vanderpool); and her sons, Kevin Velde and Michael Velde. She is survived by: her husband David Velde; her grandsons, Brent Velde, Nathaniel Velde, Kyle Velde, Zach Velde, Sammy Velde, Austin Velde and Christopher Velde (Paige); her great grandchildren, Carter, Miriah, Max, Blaine and Olsen; and her siblings, Gary Chambers (Opal) and Marsha Lairson (Don). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home (210 S Main St, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
