It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dolly J. Perkins (Middletown, Ohio), who passed away on January 28, 2019, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Roger Perkins; her sons, Bruce Perkins and Tim Perkins; and her granddaughter Dawn Watts. She is survived by: her son Craig Perkins (Bev); and her granddaughters, Hannah Perkins, Stephanie and Brandi Perkins. She is also survived by wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother that will be greatly missed by family and friends.
