He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Follstaedt and Marie Follstaedt (Kroneberg); and his brothers, Wayne Follstaedt and Ken Follstaedt. He is survived by: his wife Carol Reynolds Follstaedt; his daughters, Deborah St-Onge (Charles) of Montreal, Canada, Ann Smith (Michael) of Franklin, Ohio and Pamela Adams (Brent) of Cincinnati, Ohio; his grandchildren, Olivia, Sophia St-Onge and Trinity Adams; and his siblings, Elaine Gaiser (Dennis) of Petrolia, Marilyn Schubert (Carl) of Irvine, California and Gene Follstaedt (Norma) of Urbana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
