She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Chambers and Bethel Chambers (Vanderpool); her sons, Kevin and Michael Velde; and her sisters, Dorothy Cassles, Aileen Pence, Wilma Jean Tackett, Wanda Coffey and Shirley Bowman.
She is survived by: her husband David Velde; her grandsons, Brent, Nathaniel, Kyle, Zach (Emily), Sammy, Austin and Christopher (Paige); her great grandchildren, Carter, Mariah, Max, Blaire and Olsen; her siblings, Gary Chambers (Opal) and Marcia Lairson (Don); and her sister-in-law Mae Velde. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Herr-Riggs Funeral Home (210 S Main St, Middletown, OH 45044). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
