He was predeceased by: his parents, Gracie Collins (Gibson) and Jesse Collins; and his siblings, Broten Collins and Hazel Gilbert. He is survived by: his wife Laquita Collins (Vanderpool); his children, Terry Collins (Stephanie) and Kim Clendenin (Jeff); his grandchildren, Ashton, Zoey, Brock Collins and Aiden Clendenin; and his siblings, Evon Hall (Harold), Kathy Papp (John), Betty Cooper, Michelle McDaniels (Wayne), Brenda Tuttle, Ralph "Clarence" Collins (Betty) and Marvin Collins (Mable). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
