She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Arlington and Mary; and her husband Carl Tibbs. She is survived by: her children, Carl Tibbs (Carol) and Judith Ann Wilson (Russ); and her sisters, Betty Taulbee and Flora Richardson. She is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
